'' Freedom, Love and Justice '' |
|
|
Freedom certainly entails responsibility,
and yet, without freedom, creativity is unimaginable. Where freedom is present,
there lies the promise of infinite discovery.
Love is like the sun, nourishing all creation.
Within its sphere humanity strives to build a clear and peaceful society.
Justice is the crystallization of moral truth.
Through perseverance, this is the foundation of spiritual peace |

Educational and
Research Philosophy
The world of learning is expanding beyond today's limits of interdisciplinary
thinking and internationalization, and moreover, society needs talented people
with advanced levels of specialized knowledge that can adapt to these changes. |
|
|
|
Given these conditions, every department
in the School of Engineering at our university stresses application of the fundamental
knowledge which becomes the base for interdisciplinary studies, and has actively
adopted the most up-to-date issues in modern engineering in its curriculum. In
the School of Management and Information Science, we take the foremost line of
approach in considering the changes brought about by the IT revolution in marketing
and management, and we have established a carefully considered curriculum which
addresses the acquisition of skills which in the future will be essential to 'management
and information' in business. |
|
|
|
The Graduate School Programs for Engineering
and Management and Information Sciences Research Institutes are devoted to expanding
on new or complex research areas in the course of this generation, and to training
capable personnel for an international society which continues to grow under the
influence of globalization. |
|
|
|
Above all, flex time studying and evening
courses answer the changing lifestyles of the students and their passion for learning. |
